You can do this 24 hours before the appointment through the application.

You can do this 24 hours before the appointment for video consultation, and 6 hours before the appointment for written consultation through the application.

I missed the teleconsultation, what happens?

We are sorry that you were unable to attend your appointment. Your doctor blocked this time period and was unable to see another patient. You will be charged for this consultation according to our cancellation/refund policy.

I am late for the teleconsultation, what happens?

The doctor will wait for you to accept the video call to start the teleconsultation. The doctor can only wait for 5 minutes after which the consultation is considered incomplete.

The doctor canceled the teleconsultation appointment, what happens?

We are sorry that the doctor had to cancel your consultation. We assure you that this is beyond our control. You will have the option to reschedule the appointment, or have the money refunded to your e-wallet or to have the money refunded to your bank account.

The doctor is late for the remote consultation

Doctors do their best to maintain appointment times, but the doctor may be late for the remote consultation.

After 15 minutes of waiting, you will have the option to continue waiting or cancel/reschedule the call appointment. If you decide to cancel the appointment, you will have the option to have the money refunded to your e-wallet or to have the money refunded to your bank account.
